• The merchandise is in the same condition as received and repackaged in the original packaging or similar protective packaging.
• For damaged products, proof photos of the damage are required so that we can understand what went wrong with the goods during transportation.

*If the original packaging is insufficient, repack the product as securely as possible and make sure to document this process for insurance reasons.
