Return Policy for Customized Orders:
For custom items, no returns are accepted once the painting has been received. Returned custom artwork will be subject to a $100 material fee and will be processed prior to shipment.

We extend a 30-day no-risk money-back guarantee on all orders. In case of a return, we will organize the collection and return shipment of the artwork; you will only be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Conditions for Return:
To initiate a return, please ensure the following criteria are met:
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
- The merchandise is in the same condition as received and repackaged in the original packaging or similar protective packaging.
- For damaged products, proof photos of the damage are required so that we can understand what went wrong with the goods during transportation.
*If the original packaging is insufficient, repack the product as securely as possible and make sure to document this process for insurance reasons.
Please note: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return, followed by an additional 14 days to complete the return process.
Space Incompatibility:
If the product does not fit the intended space in your home (return shipping is the customer's responsibility), a full refund will be issued once the product is received by us.
